Dublin Surf Rescue mission is to promote the sport of surf lifesaving through training and education and promote the highest standards of beach lifeguarding through instruction and assistance.
All of Dublin Surf Rescue members are registered members of Irish Water Safety.
Irish Water Safety (IWS) is the Statutory voluntary body established to promote water safety in Ireland. IWS educate people in water safety best practices. IWS develop public awareness campaigns to promote necessary attitudes, rescue skills and behaviour to prevent drownings and water related accidents.
